The Pope in Africa

Given that the media in this country have completely missed the point of the Pope's visit to Africa, preferring to promote controversy over the Church's position on AIDS and condoms, here are some video news clips from the Vatican's youtube channel.

Speaking of suffering with reference to AIDS:

"I come from a country that experienced war and division because of inhumane ideologies, and I am keenly aware of dialogue as a way of overcoming conflicts."

"Fathers: be attentive to your children and your wives."

"Reveal the loving face of God to the poor."

From the BBC, you can witness the crowds at the Papal Masses
